You might not let your beloved “mr jingles” roam around eating any bird that he sees fit.  You are fully aware that bird feathers might cause bad mouth smell and certainly, you do not want that stench to be the first thing that you smell every morning or even daring to take a lick at your cereal plate.

That is not all the things that might damage the breath of your cat.  Intestinal problems can also be the source of the bad breath.  A cat who has intestinal problems, that is, that he or she hasn’t been able to go “potty” as he or she normally does will start to have constipation problems and when these get too acute, then a foul smell will start to come out of your cat’s mouth.

This happens because the poop of your cat is decomposing.  Actually, to poop there is no difference if it decomposes outside or inside your animal’s intestinal vowels.  As the poop decomposes, it will release methane gas that will then seek an exit, since the poop rests comfortable inside “Miss W” being released into the athmosphere is not as easy as it seems.

Leaving the cat’s body through the anus in a form of an uncontrolled gas explosion cannot happen either, if it could, certainly your kitten would have gone potty a long time ago so the only way out is the same way the main source of poop came inside the cat:  Through the mouth.

Make sure that your cat drinks plenty of fluids (water, no champagne) and help him or her to exercise as much as possible so that his or her intestinal track is always at top performance and you will not have to suffer this or any other maladies regarding a no pooping cat.
