Merchandising: How much do we need to buy for our cats
Most of us like to provide our kittens with things that make us go “aw,” things that are decorated with things such as balloons, small colored fishes and the like are things that will make any cat lover consider to acquire so that his or her beloved “furball” will be able to enjoy.
Despite this general perception of cat loving culture, there are those who, frankly, could not care a little bit less of how nice their cat’s things look and generally feed them out of the can. Obviously, it is not a matter that the cat can actually begin to understand the concept of “having things” led alone “having NICE things”; still some animal psychologists believe that the cat CAN perceive if their owners got them the stuff out of love or just because “well, they have to eat somewhere, right?”
It is not a matter that means that you should go outside and buy every piece of cat care related merchandise that you could possibly find, nor is it matters of letting your cat eat out of the can. It means that you need to focus and realize that your cat does not care to have Garfield printed in the bottom of his bowl to KNOW that you love him.
Loving your cat means that you have to be on the lookout for whatever he or she might need: The proper food, the right bedding, the adequate sand box as well as regular visits to their veterinarian are the things that you undoubtedly have to provide for your cat to be healthy physically. Nonetheless, for him or her to be healthy psychologically, you need to be able to provide time, games and love.
The merchandising that you are able to experience in many forms such as decorated cat beds, the ultimate sand box and stuff like that, is not something that they need as much as you enjoy providing them.
