Language of a cat’s tail
Have you ever wondered what a cat is saying with their tail? Does it mean they are happy, mad, scared? Well, with this article we’ll tell you what they are telling you with those tail movements.
If your cat’s tail is curving down and then the tip curves up, it means that she is relaxed and everything is going well.
If her tail is raised slightly and has a soft curve, it means that there is something that they are interested in.
If her tail is up straight, but has a tilt in the tip, it emans she’s reserved but still friendly.
If her tail is completely erect and the tip is stiff and vertical, it means that she’s completely friendly and greeting you wholeheartedly without any reservations.
If her tail is down low and tucked between her legs, it means that she is feeling defeated.
If her tail is down low and fluffy, it means that she is scared.
If you see your cat’s tail going from side to side in a violent matter, it means that she’s angry and might be about to attack.
If her tail is still, but the end is twitching, she’s irritated and whoever or whatever is irritating her might be getting a paw swipe.
If her tail is erect and the length of it is quivering, it means that she is identifying herself to you.
If her tail is to the side, it means that she’s in heat and she’s presenting herself to a male.
If her tail is fully bristled and straight, it means she’s feeling aggressive.
If her tail is bristled and arched, she’s being defensive and she might attack if she feels more threatened.
